Checking Call Recordings With Call Tracking
I was having a difficult time figuring out how I was going to properly do performance reviews of our staff as it was growing too large for me to easily monitor how everyone is performing personally. It helped a lot to put a Call Tracking system in because it kept call recordings that I could use to listen to random chunks of calls that people made to get a sense of how they are doing their work and whether they need some more training.
